You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless New York Shades and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, Service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.
SECTION 20 – RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging and include proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of faulty, damaged or incorrect items, where New York Shade covers these costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
For customers in the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification.
